Durwin was born in Windsor, Ontario and raised in Lower Sackville since the age of 2. Durwin has been volunteering since a very young age, and was active in Minor Hockey. Previous to real estate, Durwin had been in the banking industry for 13 years. His skills and knowledge in the field only furthered his love of the industry he now calls home.

Durwin has a beautiful wife and precious daughter that he enjoys spending time with. When he is not with his family Durwin enjoys hockey, golf, 4 wheeling and landscaping. He currently resides in Fall River and has been there for the past 7 years.

Since joining the real estate industry, Durwin has traveled to Colorado Springs and Nashville for real estate conventions, which provide jammed packed training sessions. Durwin continues to take new training within the industry to keep up to date and provide his clients with the level of service they deserve. Durwin has been the recipient of multiple awards in the real estate industry.
